E4H Architecture is seeking applicants for a Director of Client Relationships, Healthcare to join our team. Working closely with firm leaders, this position plays a pivotal role in driving the business strategy and growth initiatives in the architectural healthcare market. The primary focus of this role is identifying, pursuing, and securing opportunities in the New England Region, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the firm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with firm leadership to develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with E4H’s goals and objectives within the New England healthcare market
- Identify emerging market trends, potential clients, and strategic partnerships to expand E4H’s market position
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Generate leads through networking, market research, and proactive outreach to decision-makers
- Attend industry conferences and events
- Tell the E4H story by presenting and articulating the firm’s expertise, capabilities, and solutions to potential clients
- Understand client needs, provide insights, and collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Office Directors to develop tailored solutions for pursuits
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience as a professional in business development within the A/E/C industry
- Prior marketing experience in the A/E/C industry with a focus on the New England healthcare market is required
- Strong network and relationships within the New England healthcare sector
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong writing, organizational and multitasking skills
- Strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and a track record of achieving and surpassing business development targets
- Familiarity with relevant software and CRM tools
- Exercise high degree of integrity and a commitment to the work and the company
