The Role:
- Focus on improving and cleaning up existing data for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the channel sales team to boost productivity and streamline processes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel processes to support sales efforts.
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.
Day-to-Day:
- Manage and optimize PRM and CRM tools for better partner relations and tracking.
- Create and manage automation tools to improve process efficiency.
Ideal Background:
- 8+ years in sales, channel, or financial operations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and proven track record in sales operations.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
