Job Details
- Provide leadership in assessing, developing, and evaluating care within the case management department.
- Supervise and support case management staff, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to optimize patient care processes.
- Monitor and manage financial performance within designated areas of responsibility.
- Develop and implement educational activities to support staff competency and promote quality care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with current licensure in the State of Ohio; Master's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a hospital setting, with previous management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical care practices, payer requirements, and utilization management principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions in a dynamic healthcare environment.
