Primary Activities and Responsibilities
- Serve as a key technical liaison, bridging communication between product, data, and technology teams to fuel data-driven innovation and enhance the customer experience.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital analytics strategy that uses data insights to disrupt and transform service delivery models.
- Oversee data mapping initiatives, ensuring seamless data flow across systems to drive better business decisions and operational efficiencies.
- Execute complex SQL queries to analyze large datasets, transforming data into actionable insights that influence product development and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop interactive dashboards and compelling data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and other platforms to communicate critical insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, operations, and technology—to align analytics initiatives with business goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Leverage consumer data and market insights to guide product direction, feature prioritization, and optimize the customer journey, ensuring continuous innovation.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the smooth implementation of technology solutions that improve service delivery and business operations.
- Drive the adoption of a data-first culture across the organization by automating analytics processes and ensuring real-time insights are available for decision-making.
- Mentor and develop a team of data analysts, providing training and guidance to foster a high-performance environment.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital analytics to ensure we remain ahead of competitors and continue to disrupt the market.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and execute analytics-driven product and operational enhancements based on data insights, customer feedback, and market demands.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (4-year degree).
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams or managing teams in data analytics, product management, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in digital analytics, business intelligence, product management, or a similar role.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven expertise in digital analytics, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making, with a successful track record of using insights to drive business success.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL querying, data mapping, warehousing, and mining techniques.
- Ability to serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring data insights directly influence business strategies and product development.
- Expertise with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, creating actionable insights that drive business impact.
- Experience transforming data into strategic product and business recommendations that enhance customer experience and disrupt service delivery models.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Office Suite, Salesforce, SAS, Snowflake, or other analytics tools.
