Job Description: Business Development Manager - Education Support and Simulation & Training
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for identifying new business opportunities that align with our capabilities.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of capture activities, including strategic planning, teaming strategies, and addressing RFP requirements.
- Manage the proposal process, ensuring compliance, coordinating with teaming partners, and facilitating proposal writing activities.
- Contribute to pricing strategies and the final proposal document production.
- Target and partner with small businesses and establish mentor-protégé relationships.
- Identify and pursue re-compete contracts and opportunities, enhancing our competitive advantage.
- Engage in marketing efforts, both with government and commercial customers.
- Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Maintain an active social media presence to increase visibility.
- Arrange meetings with government and industry representatives.
- Provide regular activity reports to top management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Simulation and Training industry.
- Proven expertise in capture management, marketing, and proposal development.
