As our clients firm continues to expand, they have retained us to assist them in hiring a dedicated and highly organized Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to oversee all aspects of business development, marketing, and client engagement for their firm based in Stuart, FL.

Position Overview:
The Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in executing and advancing the firms marketing and business development strategies across all practice areas, but with a focus in the real estate industry specifically. The position will focus majorly on engaging and developing relationships with local real estate agents, loan officers, mortgage brokers, and clients, seeing as this is the majority of their current book of business. Additionally, this position is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to attract new clients, retain existing ones, and enhance the firm's visibility and reputation in the legal marketplace relating to their other practices areas as well. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of marketing strategies (both digital and traditional), and a proven track record of coordinating business development efforts in previous positions.
Reporting Relationship: This role reports directly to the firms leadership and works closely with attorneys and relevant personnel to implement effective business development strategies. This will call for the position to be based out of their main office in Stuart, daily.
Authority: The Business Development Coordinator cannot practice law and must perform all tasks under the supervision of an attorney. Compliance with state bar rules and marketing regulations is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth across the firm's practice groups, including Business Law, International Law, Real Estate, and Family Law.
- Collaborate with attorneys to identify new business opportunities, target key clients, and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to attorneys in preparing proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and pitches for new business.
- Research potential markets and clients, leveraging client and industry data to tailor BD strategies and initiatives.
- Marketing and Branding:
- Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to enhance the firms profile in various legal markets.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, client presentations, newsletters, blog posts, and case studies for each practice area.
- Manage and update the firms website and social media profiles to ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with business development objectives.
- Organize and execute webinars, seminars, and client events to strengthen client relationships and generate new business.
- Client Engagement and Retention:
- Support the firm's client relationship management efforts by coordinating ongoing client communications, satisfaction surveys, and client appreciation events.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of client retention strategies, including personalized outreach, annual client meetings, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and legal market developments to identify opportunities for the firm.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business development activities, providing regular reports and recommendations to firm leadership.
- Collaboration and Team Support:
- Work closely with attorneys, practice group leaders, and firm management to ensure marketing and business development strategies align with the firms overall goals and objectives.
- Assist with the coordination of firmwide initiatives, including conferences, sponsorships, and networking events.
- Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and external vendors, designers, and consultants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proven experience in creating and executing business development strategies across multiple practice areas.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop clear and compelling content for various audiences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and website management.
- Knowledge of the legal industry, especially in the areas of Real Estate, Business Law, International Law, and/or Family Law, is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (CRM systems, email marketing platforms, etc.).
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: This full-time position will be offering an annual salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for advancement.
Offering an annual salary of $65,000-$80,000, based on experience.

Includes 3 weeks of vacation/PTO (1 week of sick PTO as needed), 12 Paid Holidays, Health plan including medical, vision, and dental care with 75% of premium for employee paid by the employer.
