Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential partnerships or acquisitions.

- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with prospective clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Must come from hospice sales
- Must have hospice sales leadership experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales leadership roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
- Extensive network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of driving results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market research to inform decision-making.
