Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Director is the first face a client of AVODA sees. This person will set the standard for what our clients will expect moving forward. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for maximizing customer relations and maintaining high ethical standards in all aspects of communication and behavior throughout the sales generation process. Qualifications:

Must have sales experience in the commercial roofing or similar construction industry

Proven ability to produce $7M+ annual revenue in commercial roofing or similar industry

Ability to work independently

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Responsibilities:

Create and manage a sales pipeline

Deliver the ultimate customer satisfaction experience

Develop and manage a schedule that allows for the availability of clients

Work with production and estimating departments to create bids

Maintain detailed communication and reporting with clients throughout the process

Travel within the US for marketing and client events
