gpac, a 30+ year family-owned, family run search firm, is partnered with a well-established Biotech Company. Our client is an early-stage, small biotech company focused on developing innovative treatments for MDS and AML patients. They are looking for a Professional Director of Business Development to add to their growing team.
This is an amazing opportunity for individuals with 3 years of Business Development Experience in the antibody discovery sector, particularly in human antibody discovery for therapeutic purposes. As a Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for reaching out to biotech and pharma companies involved in CAR-T, ADC, and antibody engineering.
Director of Business Development Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Identify and target potential partners for collaboration.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Present company offerings to potential clients.
Director of Business Development Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Track and report on business development activities.
Director of Business Development Skills:
- Master’s or PhD in a related field
- 3 years of Business Development experience in antibody discovery
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
