About the Job
This is an amazing opportunity for individuals with 3 years of Business Development experience in the antibody discovery sector, particularly in human antibody discovery for therapeutic purposes. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for reaching out to biotech and pharma companies involved in CAR-T, ADC, and antibody engineering.
Director of Business Development Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Identify and target potential partners for collaboration
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
- Present company offerings to potential clients
Director of Business Development Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Negotiate partnership agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Track and report on business development activities
Director of Business Development Skills:
- Masters or PhD in a related field
- 3 years of Business Development experience in antibody discovery
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders
Salary: $100k-200k + bonus
