Position Overview: Reporting to the SVP, Marketing, the Director of Brand Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales across several of our channels with a heavy focus on DTC. This role requires a visionary mind with deep expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and consumer insights. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building strong brands (beauty) and a passion for innovative marketing activations.
The Director of Brand Marketing will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic brand initiatives that drive growth, enhance brand equity, and resonate with our target audience. This role demands a deep understanding of the skincare industry, consumer behavior, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing tactics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing brand strategies, and achieving exceptional results in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Campaigns/Launches
- Be a part of creating and executing complete 360 approach
- Define and execute brand voice for continuity across all channels
- Owning copy for all campaigns per channel
- Special Projects (TT Shop Campaigns quarterly) for affiliates
- Copy and Creative
- Directing and managing all copy for marketing
- Owning the inspo based on vision
- Direction and execution of shoots for product highlights/launches/ themes
- Content
- Lives
- Creative Direction for on brand content
- Elevated content for brand (IE: About us, Homepage banner etc)

- Owning trend research and PD briefs from marketing

- Own and report established data points weekly/monthly for the marketing department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, with at least 2 years in the beauty industry and specific experience in DTC marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and positioning beauty products in DTC channels.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a strategic vision effectively.
