POSITION SUMMARY
As the Director of Brand Experience and Community, you'll spearhead the development and execution of strategies and programs to foster authentic connections, drive brand loyalty, and cultivate advocacy among our partners, customers, athletes, and supporters. You'll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life in the real world, creating memorable experiences that resonate with our community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with our partnerships team to nurture relationships with key stakeholders and create engaging partner activations that strengthen our community.
Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of brand experiences, including events, pop-ups, sponsorships, and activations, from concept to evaluation.
Develop and implement an experiential marketing strategy aligned with our brand objectives to enhance awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
Partner with our retention and social/influencer teams to build a robust membership/loyalty program and ensure brand consistency.
Manage all aspects of community and event production, including budgeting, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution.
Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support community engagement efforts.
Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches into our strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and Head of Content to manage PR initiatives.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 71,000.00 Per Year
