We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Quality Control Director in the Finance industry. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have PCAOB experience as well as non-PCAOB.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A CPA or similar certification is required.
2. 7+ years of technical accounting and auditing duties in a leadership role, or previous PCAOB inspection experience
3. Extensive knowledge of QC, financial statements, risk management, audits, assurance, inspections, and research.

We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Quality Control Director in the Finance industry. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have PCAOB experience as well as non-PCAOB.
Responsibilities:
- Perform QC review of financial statements and identify risk areas, and review judgments made by assurance team
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain a robust risk management framework to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate financial risks.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the finance industry and quality control field.
- Provide resolutions and accounting guidance and best practices to the client service teams
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that quality control measures are integrated into all financial operations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
- Prepare and present reports on quality control activities and findings to senior management.
- Maintaining the required CPE for firm and licensing standards.
