Director of Applied Machine Learning – LLM and Product Development
Position Overview: Role will be located in either Fort Worth, TX or Oklahoma City, OK. Must be a US Citizen for government security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize LLM-based AI products to address the unique demands of national security and healthcare.
- Lead the development of scalable machine learning models and AI architectures to solve high-stakes, real-world challenges.
- Provide technical mentorship and strategic guidance to data science and engineering teams on product-focused AI and LLM development.
- Drive innovation in AI model design, focusing on the practical application of GPT and AGI technologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (i.e., HIPAA) while maintaining data integrity and security.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for a security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years, or Master's degree with 6-8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields with a focus on product design and delivery.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms, with hands-on experience in deploying large-scale AI models.
- Deep understanding of LLMs and GPT architecture, including implementation, optimization, and advanced AGI applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in LLM design for mission-critical sectors such as national security, healthcare, and bioinformatics.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a track record of impactful AI projects.
- HIPAA certification or ability to obtain (company-funded).
