Director of Airline HUB Operations from Cornerstone

CornerStone’s Professional Placement Division has partnered with a local in their search for a Director of Airline HUB Operations to oversee 700+ employees at the Boston Logan Airport.  They will are seeking a major HUB leader able to lead a team; Cabin Manager, Passenger Services Manager and Indirect Operations Managers.  Experience in Above Wing, Below Wing and Ramp operations is essential. .   We are seeking a hands on leader that has worked in these type of roles and excelled into General Manager or Account Manager roles and now is currently seeking their next promotional role or is currently in a Director level role.   .    

Requirements of the Director of Regional Airline Operations:

• Bachelor Degree highly preferred, but extensive experience in the industry will be considered.
• 3+ years in Airline Services Management i.e. Ramp Management, Above Wing/Below Wing or Wheelchair Services
• Must have airline / airport operations experience managing 300+ employees or more for a major carrier
• Experience creating and managing a budget
• Training and mentoring of Management staff
• Ability to hire, train, counsel, terminate and handle scheduling for all staff
• Must have experience in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to travel for training as needed
