Position Summary:
The Director of Adult Outpatient Services provides leadership and supervision of the administrative functions of the CABHI, DOH, TCM, Wellness Recovery Team and Adult Outpatient counseling. The Director is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all administrative functions related to the Adult Outpatient Services. The Director will lead the team of Therapist, Counselors, Mental Health Care Coordination, Targeted Case Managers and Wellness Recovery Specialist. The Director is responsible for working in partnership with the Human Resource's department on effective clinical provider recruitment. The Director is to collaborate and work closely with and the Department of Health and County to support diversion to reduce hospital recidivism. The Director must have demonstrated expertise in working collaboratively with all provider staff including licensed clinicians, masters prepared clinicians and service assessors, case managers, financial assessors, and customer service professionals. The Director will have an active role in assisting the Senior Director of Outpatient Services with supporting the strategic plans and the vision of the organization.
The position is a full-time administrative position and may serve as a direct clinical service when an urgent need arises. This position is responsible for ensuring that all program staff meet the minimum mandatory client facing-client care requirements, providing administrative supervision and oversight to the Therapist, Counselors, Mental Health Care Coordinators, Targeted Case Managers and Wellness Recovery Specialists.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in social work or closely related degree required.
A minimum of 3 years Supervisory experience
Florida licensure in a clinical specialty preferred.
