Being the Director of Admissions & Marketing at Devereux PA Adult Services Has Its Advantages!

As the Director of Admissions and Marketing you will provide leadership and orchestrate relationships among Adult Services programs and services, Devereux Centers, and external customers, including: philosophy, objectives, initiatives, and strategic marketing planning efforts of Devereux’s programs and services.  You will works collaboratively with, and serve as consultant to the Executive Director and Center Operations and Admissions personnel to ensure that Center and Corporate goals are met.  You will also ensures the implementation of strategic marketing objectives needed for Devereux to be recognized as the "Provider of Choice."  This person will also contribute to internal and external program development, as well as the coordination of innovative program growth.

• Compensation: $75,000-85,500 /yr.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn PA. Our dedicated team of over 800 staff ranging from highly-specialized clinicians and nurses to recreational and direct staff professionals, they all work to one common goal the happiness, self-fulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. 

EXPERIENCE:  Minimum of five (5) years marketing experience in a multi-site, healthcare or human service environment, including a work history that demonstrates success with marketing strategies and new business development. 

Must possess and maintain valid driver's license

Be at least 21 years of age.
