OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING AND REVENUE:

• Lead and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Oversee revenue recognition policies and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ASC 606).
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions into financial processes.
• Provide strategic insights and reporting to leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING AND REVENUE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or technology-driven industries is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing or managing ERP systems.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
