Job Details
- Manage all core accounting operations including organizational structure, goals, and objectives
- Oversee general ledger, payroll, inventory, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting
- Lead global consolidation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial data to evaluate performance, budget variances, and operating effectiveness
- Ensure timely and accurate external financial reporting per GAAP
- Work with subsidiaries on local risks and statutory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with external auditors for annual audit preparation and responses
- Partner with CAO on transitioning accounting function to IPO readiness
- Design and maintain internal controls, SOX oversight, documentation, and testing
- Implement financial controls, procedures, and systems for internal/external compliance
- Provide GAAP accounting guidance and policy updates to domestic and global teams
- Maintain best practices for current and future accounting systems
- Support accounting team build-out for timely reporting and FP&A insights
- Train and mentor accounting team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
