Position: Director of Marketing
As the Director of Marketing, you play a pivotal role in our mission to propel pipeline growth and achieve revenue objectives. Your responsibilities encompass devising and executing marketing strategies, overseeing both outbound and inbound demand generation, and collaborating closely with our product marketing team to enable field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the marketing plan for the AMER region, ensuring it exceeds regional awareness, pipeline, and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the existing marketing team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue objectives.
Collaborate with global and US-based teams to align regional objectives with corporate goals, leveraging innovative approaches to meet sales targets.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to execute plans and shape initiatives.
Foster partnerships with sales teams to equip them with the necessary collateral and resources to drive sales.
Coordinate with our partners to support joint marketing efforts and execute campaigns effectively.
Requirements for Success:
Proven experience in B2B field marketing management within the technology sector, preferably in SaaS and ERP environments.
Familiarity with pre-IPO and hyper-growth technology companies, including IPO events.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership and collaborate effectively across global teams.
Deep understanding of sales processes and the alignment between marketing and sales.
Proficiency in demand generation best practices and experience with Salesforce and Marketing Automation systems.
Demonstrated ability to achieve significant growth results and lead world-class marketing teams.
High levels of initiative, leadership, and creativity, coupled with a solution-focused attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range: $161,600 - $222,000
