Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure media partnership initiatives are integrated into broader marketing and business strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the success of media partnerships, making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging media platforms to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Lead and mentor a team of media professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning, integrated media, and partnership negotiation, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful media partnership development and management.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape, including traditional, digital, and emerging platforms.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience leading and developing a high-performing team.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
