Hospitality brand is seeking an experienced Director, Media & Analytics who will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing strategies. This role will oversee and drive insights for the entire marketing organization, focusing on creating and executing comprehensive media and analytics strategies across paid advertising, social media, and direct mail. The ideal candidate will have experience with advanced analytics, including working with Google Analytics 4, running incrementality studies, and interpreting multi-touch attribution models.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a long-term performance media strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Own the performance media budget, ensuring optimal allocation of spend across channels to maximize ROI, volume, and quality of leads
- Develop and oversee comprehensive media and analytics strategies across all channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multichannel campaigns, integrating paid advertising, social media, direct mail, and email initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvement and implement best practices to enhance effectiveness and ROI across all channels.
- Develop and maintain a robust reporting framework to track KPIs and measure the success of all marketing initiatives.
- Oversee and optimize the media and analytics budget across all channels.
- Evaluate new and existing media opportunities, negotiating proposals, and presenting strategic options to senior leadership.
- Lead initiatives to enhance data integration and utilization across marketing channels.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee the development and implementation of promotional offers, ensuring effective communication through appropriate channels.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, and or Statistics
- Must have hands-on experience in search and social media marketing, as well as direct response campaigns.
- 8+ years in digital/performance marketing experience.
- 5+ years in a managerial or a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital media strategy, multimedia, omnichannel, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Strong quantitative skills and a data-driven approach, with the ability to translate complex metrics into actionable strategies.
- Experience in setting a vision, roadmap, and developing recommendations based in data.
- Passionate about performance marketing and data.
