Job Summary:
Lead Supermicro's marketing campaign management team responsible for global marketing strategy, planning, and execution across all major products and verticals. The Director, Marketing- Campaign Management is responsible for development and execution of aligned full-funnel marketing campaigns inclusive of brand awareness, GTM and lead generation. The campaigns span all major Supermicro products and verticals: AI, Compute, Storage, Edge/Embedded, and Rack Scale driving and delivering awareness, engagement, lead generation and revenue objectives. Strong execution, operational and program management skills are necessary to oversee multiple concurrent global campaigns and promotions that align product, marketing and sales teams. Proven experience in budget management, including partner co-funding and the ability to set and meet lead and revenue goals is critical.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow Supermicro's Marketing Campaigns - build an elite cross-functional team that can lead the company into its next phase of growth.
- Develop and execute Supermicro Marketing Campaign strategy
- Hands-on experience across every facet of the business from inbound and outbound marketing, business strategy, sales enablement, business development and alliances
- Software Defined Storage subject matter expert with the ability to write, develop presentations, define and drive research projects, press, and event spokesperson and presenter
- Content marketing leadership with expertise in developing and delivering strong content.
- Create high-impact go-to-marketing campaigns that can empower technical pre-sales, sales, and partners to generate customer demand.
- Ensure content, e.g. including but not limited to case studies, sales enablement materials, product videos, web content, and competitive analysis delivers compelling value and differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Marketing and Data Center Computing Industry Experience
- Strong operations and program management experience
- 10+ years experience in marketing, product marketing, business development, and/or sales to enterprise B2B customers and markets
- Management and leadership experience leading a team and leading initiatives across engineering, marketing, product management, sales, ...
- Superb verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
- Strong projects, program and organization management skills with the ability to optimally structure and prioritize work and deliver to committed deadlines
- Ability to build and lead strong working relationships with the departments and business units
- Ideally a degree in a technical discipline or related industry experience (Masters and MBA a plus)
Salary Range
$181,000 - $212,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
