Chick-fil-A Lee's Summit will be opening a SECOND LOCATION in Lee's Summit in the fall of 2025! We are considering applications right now for the leadership roles.

Organization structure:
We are currently the largest Chick-fil-A in the state of Missouri. Under the leadership of our terrific Operator, we are led by a team of 4 Executive Directors and 9 Directors plus Shift Leaders. We are looking to add to our Director team so that we are positioned to staff TWO stores. The Executive team will provide leadership over both stores. Our typical roles for Directors are: Dir. Hospitality, Dir. Drive Thru, Dir. Human Resources, Dir. Training, Dir. Care.Dir. FOH days, Dir. FOH nights. Dir. BOH days, Dir. FOH nights, Dir. Outside Sales (Catering & Events).

What can someone expect in a Leadership role in Chick-fil-A Lee's Summit?
- Roles in management at the Director level are all full-time commitments. Shift Leaders may be part-time.
- Our leadership structure expects all of our top leaders (Director and Executive Directors) to be willing to take on responsibility for any part of our business. If you fit our culture and have compatible leadership experience we can teach you Chick-fil-A.
- Our leadership development model is rotational to give every Director a full-store understanding over time. This approach provides the opportunity for each Director to become eligible for promotion to Executive Director (should they desire). This knowledge not only increases the business knowledge of every Director but it also builds understanding and empathy for their fellow Directors.

- Actual work / life balance. Our norm is for our Directors to work 40-45 hours/ week
- Flexible scheduling. So you can attend to your family obligations and life "outside" of work. With two week's notice we can typically grant time away from work when you want it so you can be there for the people you love
- Closed when other restaurants are open. We are closed every Sunday + Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day and Easter

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Embody the Chick-fil-A values and culture
- Experience in a leadership role required
- Experience in a "service" business required. If you fit our culture and have compatible leadership experience we can teach you Chick-fil-A.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills with a genuine desire to serve others
- Strong commitment to superior customer service in every part of our operation
- Ability to coach, develop, train, lead and manage people, including addressing behavioral and performance issues when necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Bilingual English / Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
