Responsible for the leadership, management and development of a team of learning specialists and trainers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, a passion for innovation, and exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.Essential FunctionsDevelops and articulates a comprehensive learning and development vision aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and future skills requirements.Designs and monitors detailed roadmaps to track and ensure the successful delivery of learning and development initiatives.Leads, mentors, and guides a team of content creators and trainers to deliver high-quality learning solutions.Develops and manages the learning and development budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact.
Provides financial reports as necessary.Provides subject-matter expertise on learning and development best practices to inform strategy and program design.Proactively seeks to improve existing learning technologies and explores new technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Provides subject-matter expertise on latest trends and innovations in learning technologies and methodologies.Fosters a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.Builds strong relationships with organizational leaders and learners to understand their needs and ensure alignment with learning strategies.Develops and executes marketing campaigns to promote learning opportunities across the organization.EducationBachelor's Degree degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field requiredWork Experience10 years of experience in human resources roles such as training and development, HR Business Partner required5 years of management experience requiredPrior Experience in a senior learning and development role, with a track record of creating and executing successful learning strategies requiredStrong leadership and team management skills.Advanced experience in project management.Excellent budget management and financial acumen.In-depth knowledge of learning technologies and best practices.Exceptional Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Strong stakeholder engagement, management, and excellent communication skills.Creative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.About CoBankThe typical base pay range for this role is between $154,057 - $214,216.
Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience.
This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.The listed salary, other compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
