Director Human Resources at Resident Interface

The Senior Human Resource Director will lead all company HR initiatives, including the coordination of offshore operations in Guatemala and India. This position will report directly to the company President and will be responsible for executing HR strategies that align with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture. The role includes comprehensive oversight of all HR functions, such as talent acquisition, employee and leadership development, management of our advanced training application, and workforce planning on both domestic and international scales.
