Job Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Global Campaigns to lead our marketing initiatives across various global markets, aiming to enhance our market presence and drive substantial revenue growth. This strategic role is crucial for developing, overseeing, and integrating comprehensive global marketing strategies that align with the company's overarching sales and marketing objectives. The Director will collaborate with product and content marketing teams and regional marketing directors, adapting global campaigns to regional and market segment specifics to maximize effectiveness and accelerate growth. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in omnichannel marketing strategy, including ABX (Account-Based Experience) expertise, and will be adept at leveraging insights and feedback to continually refine these strategies.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Campaign Leadership: Develop and oversee an integrated global marketing campaign strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's broader marketing and sales goals. This includes crafting compelling, scalable marketing campaigns that directly attract, engage, nurture, and convert both prospects and customers in our priority market segments.
Digital Marketing Oversight: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including paid social media, PPC, and digital advertising, to ensure they bolster global campaign objectives and deliver results.
Database Marketing and Nurture Strategy: Direct the overall strategy for marketing to our existing database using email, retargeting, webinars, nurtures, etc. Focus on segmentation, personalization, and integration with broader marketing campaigns to enhance the customer journey and accelerate pipeline progression.
Collaboration and Regional Alignment: Work closely with regional Demand Marketing Directors as they tailor global campaigns to regional needs, gathering insights and feedback to assess market-specific campaign performance and adapt strategies accordingly. Foster cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, content marketing, corporate communications, and sales teams to ensure marketing campaigns incorporate effective messaging and content, aligned to company personas and market segments.
Key Metrics of Success:
Market Expansion: Successful growth in defined market segments, measured by customer acquisition and opportunity generation.
Revenue Impact: Direct contribution of global campaigns to overall marketing sourced and multi-touch revenue growth and ARR bookings, including measurable and efficient ROI from marketing activities.
Prospect Engagement and Conversion Rates: Effectiveness of campaign strategies in engaging prospects and converting leads.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing with a significant focus on global campaign management and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to scale growth, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in cybersecurity.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams, developing and growing talent and collaborating with stakeholders across various geographic locations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with senior-level leaders and executives. A knack for building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in modern marketing technologies, including CRM and marketing automation platforms, with a deep understanding of data analytics to drive decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Communications. An advanced degree in a related field is a plus.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US $160,000 to $180,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is our good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; flexible time off; a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities; life and disability insurance; and tuition reimbursement.
