DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team. This is a permanent position, and it will be fully remote although candidates must sit in Colorado.Summary:This Senior Financial Leader will oversee and drive the strategic financial and operational performance of multiple departments. This role will focus on aligning business objectives with financial goals, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring effective management of budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.Responsibilities: Leadership & Development: Lead continuous learning and talent development initiatives to maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce* Operational & Financial Management: Oversee multiple business units, identifying customer and operational needs while analyzing resources, costs, and forecasts; Develop and execute business plans that align with organizational objectives* Financial Oversight & Analysis: Direct financial modeling, budget development, and performance forecasting; Review financial trends, P&L reports, and financial forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives* Audit & Risk Management: Lead internal audit processes and engage with auditors to ensure the implementation of robust internal controls* Strategic Financial Planning: Guide financial decision-making by overseeing strategic fiscal matters, including acquisitions, financial requirements, and long-term forecasts* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Oversee the creation and analysis of financial reports, trends, and forecasts; Provide actionable insights to senior leadership based on financial analysis* Operational Support: Identify opportunities for improvement, implementing complex solutions to drive performance enhancements and cost efficiency* Financial Partnerships: Direct financial analysis and assessments of business partners ensuring financial stability and managing risk implicationsRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field* Minimum of ten (10) years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience or directly related business experience; Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement* Minimum four (4) years of supervisory experience* Minimum three (3) years of experience managing operational or project budgets* Strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial analysis, and the ability to drive financial performance* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling* Excellent communication and presentation abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:* Healthplan or provider experience is strongly preferred* Previous Medical Economics experienceIf you are a high-energy, results-oriented financial leader with a passion for driving organizational success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!Job TypeDirect HireCompensation180000 - $210000
