Compensation: $55,000 - $62,000 annually (based on experience)

Job Overview:
Kids Garden Evergreen is a state-certified, eco-friendly, creative arts learning center for children ages 12 months (and walking) to 12 years. The Director will manage the toddler and preschool programs, oversee daily operations, maintain state required paperwork for staff and students, and implement our creative arts curriculum. We are seeking a Director who is passionate about the Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education, which emphasizes hands-on learning, creativity, and child-centered exploration.

Requirements:

• Must qualify as a Large Center Director under Colorado regulations (PDIS Level 3 or above)
• 1+ years of childcare experience
• Familiarity with Colorado Shines is a plus
• Passion for working with young children and promoting creativity in education
• Hands-on director role: Must be willing to actively participate in classroom activities, especially during busy times
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt, multitask, and stay calm in busy situations
• Must pass a background check and be physically capable of classroom duties
