Role Overview
As an Enterprise Architect, you will collaborate closely with our data and product teams to craft strategic solutions and drive our data vision forward. Your responsibilities will include designing complex architectures, formulating technical strategies, and creating roadmaps to guide our technology ecosystem towards our target state. Additionally, you will provide leadership to our Solution Architects, ensuring the delivery of robust solutions that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data and product groups to develop strategies, integrations, and support our emerging data vision.
- Lead Solution Architects in developing complex solutions aligned with our business model.
- Facilitate technical discussions to influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide technical consulting on complex projects and conduct technical evaluations.
- Maintain and update key Enterprise Architecture deliverables.
- Lead initiatives to publish enterprise data models and influence architecture and design decisions.
- Partner with the Data team to oversee Master Data Management and other key data initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership to Business Units and foster consensus-building.
- May involve direct reports and management responsibilities in the future.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 15 years of experience across multiple IT disciplines, with a focus on data management and analytics.
- Strong background in solution/data architecture design and implementation.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka).
- Familiarity with general security principles, networking technologies, and IT best practices.
- Knowledge of architecture patterns and design principles.
- Experience in eCommerce is a plus.
