Description
The Demand Generation position is a critical, fast-paced, and rewarding role on Green Street's high-performing, collaborative, and revenue-generating marketing team. This is a terrific opportunity for a motivated individual to make a huge impact within Green Street's Commercial organization, elevating our demand generation strategy to new heights in line with the firm's exciting growth vision.
We are seeking an individual with proven demand generation experience who is data driven and that takes an ROI and results-oriented approach, bringing best practices and creative thinking to implement demand gen programs. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who seizes opportunity with fierce determination, works well with a team and is driven by curiosity and a passion to win.
Responsibilities
- Direct Green Street's demand generation program and prospect strategy to generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline throughput, and close revenue from organic and paid channels as relevant.
- Strategize and execute lead generation tactics to improve top-of-funnel and conversion, collaborating closely with the marketing team on campaigns, product enhancement roadmap, and special initiatives.
- Employ a global and regional approach to deliver qualified leads that convert by market.
- Deeply understand and deploy tactics aligned with the buyer's journey and different customer types.
- Bring a fresh, experienced perspective and analytical horsepower to audit and strengthen existing programs; make recommendations on where to invest and what's not working to optimize ROI.
- Partner with other members of the marketing team to develop assets that support the buyer's journey.
- Monitor and own marketing pipeline performance KPIs.
- Develop passion for our business/products and thorough knowledge of our customer types and their personas, use cases, and pain points to serve as team subject matter expert (SME).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related experience.
- 5-7+ years of marketing experience, including previous role(s) in growth marketing/demand generation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue results from various channels/campaigns and partnership with Sales.
- Confidence in leading cross-team initiatives and meetings with Sales to drive outcomes.
- Technical expertise of Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred), and database enrichments tools, including experience with integrations across these platforms.
- Knowledge of email marketing, website/landing page, inbound, and Google Analytics best practices.
- Proven experience managing marketing agency partner relationships and oversight of campaigns.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture mindset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate, financial markets, and/or B2B SaaS technology a plus.
Working Conditions: The Demand Generation Manager will work out of the Newport Beach office during regular in-office days (Tuesday - Thursday). Must be able to remain stationary at a desk and computer for a majority of the day. No travel required; occasional trips to New York may be recommended.
