Key Responsibilities

• As the Associate Director, Data, Analytics & AI Lead, you will:
• Spearhead a significant re-platforming initiative to modernize key data systems, including Aspen, a major platform for global regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop a global team based across multiple locations, driving performance in data, analytics, and AI.
• Forge and strengthen strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders to ensure IT solutions align with long-term business goals.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value projects, assess new requirements, and contribute to shaping the IT strategy through cross-functional collaboration.
• Utilize your expertise in cloud technologies and AI-driven data solutions to enhance capabilities, leveraging platforms like AWS and Snowflake.

Required Skills & Experience

• Were looking for an accomplished leader with:
• 7+ years of relevant experience in data and analytics, particularly within compliance and regulatory environments.
• Strong foundational experience in AWS technologies (EC2, S3, EMR, RDS, IAM) and ETL tools such as Talend and DBT.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams while delivering large-scale data solutions.
• A proven record of building business cases, mobilizing high-value investments, and developing technology solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior leadership.
