KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Cyber Security Services consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, design, implementation, testing, and operation of cyber breach resilience processes and systems on client networks.
- Define guidance on security architecture, assisting clients with reducing their attack surface and optimizing their cyber defensive capabilities to adapt to modern threats.
- Facilitate recovery efforts at impacted clients, helping them to minimize operational impact and resolve immediate defensive gaps.
- Innovate next generation cyber resilience solutions that help minimize impact, decrease likelihood, and increase adaptability to cyber threats.
- Present firm-based approaches and messaging at internal training classes, external events, and client meetings. Engage in industry thought leadership on cyber resiliency topics.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of ten years of experience in Information Security or in a technology related field.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience; cyber security, business continuity, and/or technical infrastructure certifications.
- Team members are expected to navigate technology integrations across client environments, optimizing layers of defense while managing technology friction.
- Ability to collaborate, learn and work with cross functional teams like system administrators, data scientists, architects, and cyber security engineers to customize breach resilient solutions.
- Ability and willingness to travel, work in a fast paced, results driven environment, grasp new technology, and contribute at a rapid pace.
