The Creative Director believes in the power of creativity to shift minds and build emotional connection with consumers. They will work closely with cross functional partners to raise the bar on Nature Made’s creative excellence and enabling and empowering their team to do their best work. They bring vision, have deep brand and design experience and lead with strategic orientation. As we establish an elevated brand narrative and aesthetic, the Creative Director will serve as a key business partner to the Brand Marketing and Brand Activation teams to set the vision for the long term internal creative organization that helps to set the creative standard for marketing work from brand activations and integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership: Inspire, generate, and develop creative work grounded in the intersection of human and product insight. Enable creative work that is channel specific yet deeply integrated across all touchpoints.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Operate as the Creative Business Partner to cross functional colleagues across marketing, sales, innovation, R&D and operations stakeholders to translate consumer insights and marketing objectives into creative strategies that drive sales and drives brand equity.
Operational Rigor: Own end-to-end creative workflow by managing and prioritizing resources inclusive of process, tools and stakeholder engagement to meet and balance competing needs from a variety of stakeholders.
Team Development: Create a scalable, high performing ecosystem of internal and external resources that are grounded in the intersection of consumer and product insight and elevates creative product aligned to brand and business objectives.
Manage department deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
The ideal candidate for this role will be intellectually curious and an excellent communicator. They must thrive working as a change agent and driving for better by having a constant pulse on consumers, a strong business acumen, bringing fresh thinking and perspectives to an established team. This role requires a blend of creative, analytical and intuitive skills, an understanding of marketing and consumer insights and an ability to influence and lead cross functional teams.

Comfortable working cross-functionally—especially with Brand, Creative, Editorial, and Marketing partner with strong organizational skills, keen eye for detail, and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to clearly and articulately explain your rationale and evoke excitement with your recommendations.
To take on these challenges, you will need to have:
College Degree and MBA preferred.
Multidisciplinary experience across big idea generation, creative design, packaging production and process development and optimization.
10+ years experience in brand creative and digital direction—both agency and in-house experience a plus with 5-7 years of managing a creative service department.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Results-oriented self-starter with track record of excellent results in a fast-growth environment.
Creative experience at a CPG or VMS company ideal.
Skilled at promoting collaboration and driving problem resolution across all levels and functions of the business.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and ability to interface with multiple levels of employees (employees, leader, managers, etc).

Annual Pay Range
$184,808.00 - $277,365.00This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
