Responsibilities:As the Director of Clinical Operations, you will oversee the clinical operations of two key Community Health System skilled nursing facilities: Community Subacute and Transitional Care Center (CSTCC) and the Burnett Extended Care Center (BECC). CSTCC is a 106-bed facility providing inpatient care for chronic, subacute conditions and other complex illnesses requiring 24-hour medical supervision. BECC will be a new state-of-the-art 154-bed facility set to open by mid-2025, featuring specialized units for Memory Care, Long-Term Care, and Transitional Care, addressing critical post-acute care needs in the region.
In this dual role, you will lead clinical staff, manage recruitment, policy implementation, and operational efficiencies to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. Your expertise in skilled nursing regulations, communication, and process improvement will be critical in driving growth and success across both facilities, creating a seamless continuum of care for our patients. Qualifications:Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 5 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing operations required
- 2 years of management experience required
Licenses and Certifications
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
