The Director of Regional Channel Sales is a strategic and results-oriented leader responsible for driving sales growth through regional channel partners. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with regional distributors, resellers, and other channel partners to achieve revenue targets. Reporting to the Vice President of B2B Sales, the Director will oversee the execution of sales strategies within assigned regions, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Revenue and profitability for products as they are sold into all B2B Channel.
- Established an environment and foundation for future sales growth, by forecasting and driving inventory at the distribution level.
- Directs the selling activities with targeted distribution promotions, focused on new product launches, overstocked merchandise and product life cycle.
- Efficiently communicate with the regional sales team, while working in conjunction with the other business teams and Partner Program, to ensure attention and growth.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identifying trends that effect current and future growth of everyday sales and profitability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales leadership roles, with a focus on regional partners.:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven success managing relationships with distributors, resellers, and other channel partners.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. Business Channel and its dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
