Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Director of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Service Lines provides clinical administration and leadership of the delivery of patient care or care-related services in a designated area according to the policies, procedures, philosophy, and objectives of the departments. Works cooperatively within department and other services to create a system of quality health care.

Maintain current knowledge in area(s) of clinical supervision, determine staffing requirements, interview and hire all personnel for department, develop yearly budget, conduct yearly performance appraisal for all staff, provide leadership in compliance with applicable Joint Commission standards and safety standards, and provide leadership in growth and development of new services in area(s) of clinical supervision.

3-7 Years of applicable experience - required

Management experience - required

2 year/ Associate Degree - required
