Job Details
Director Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU):
(Full-time, Perm, Days)
- The Director of CVICU will be an RN with BSN Degree and 5+ years experience in Cardiac ICU or related clinical units.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a fast-paced unit
- Proven experience improving and enhancing quality outcomes, maintaining compliance with state & federal regulatory boards, managing budgets, maintaining equipment, promoting a strong culture amongst the team
Qualifications:
- Immediate need for an experienced Nurse Leader with solid CARDIAC ICU, CVICU, CARDIOVASCULAR ICU, CARDIOTHORACIC or related clinical experience to join a leading Heart Hospital & Trauma Center
- BSN Degree required
- MSN Degree (or enrolled in Master's)
- Prefer 3+ years progressive Management/Leadership experience
- ACLS, BLS
- Active TX RN License
