About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Leader with 12+ years of experience in selling software services to enterprises in the USA region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software development and cloud solutions, along with a proven track record of building and growing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development efforts for VVDN’s IT Services/Software Services in the USA market.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target industries.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CDOs, VPs, Directors) at client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and delivery, to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership, including market trends, competitor analysis, and growth opportunities.
- Represent VVDN at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to showcase the company’s capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 12+ years of proven experience in business development within the software services industry, with a focus on B2B sales in the USA market.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT Services/software development, and cloud platforms
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and exceed revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in building and managing long-term client relationships.
