About the Role
Foundry Services is looking for a highly collaborative, influential, and senior experienced individual responsible for initiating and developing new CSP and HPC foundry customer engagements leveraging Intel's world class technology solutions including our Advanced Packaging capabilities. The individual will interface directly with customers and internal partners to drive the adoption of Intel technology by foundry customers. Responsible for directly working with target customers to initiate and close on business engagements. The role will specifically focus on, but not exclusively, large accounts in the high-performance compute / networking and storage segments.
Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Develop and execute on Account sales Plan and manage sales goals and budget for CSP and HPC accounts.
- Create strategic business relationships and drive new revenue sources for the organization.
- Identify, develop, structure, promote and negotiate strategic and complex COT, ASIC and Turnkey Services business deals and licensing agreements.
- Collaborate with members of the Intel Foundry Services team and supporting organizations to ensure excellent customer experience across all customer interactions and requirements, from needs assessment to final delivery.
- Manage customer demand forecast and provide judged short- and long-term volume and revenue plans per customer to ensure supply planning.
- Monitor the market and competitor technology, services, capacity for timely business sensing.
- Review customer activity, anticipate customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify where improvements can be made and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Identify and develop foundry business opportunities.
- Create account and strategy plans mapping key decision-makers in customer organizations.
- Develop customer-specific design win and revenue forecasts and goals.
- Execute account plans and strategies to drive design wins and business growth.
- Respond to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Requests for Information (RFI) while working with internal stakeholders.
- Provide key information on customer requirements and timelines as well as information on competitor status to the rest of the business unit.
- Drive customer contract negotiations.
- Develop customer pricing strategy in alignment with internal stakeholders and participate in customer pricing negotiations.
- Provide input based on customer feedback and insights to help develop revenue and market forecasts.
- Participate and provide input into customer marketing communications activities demos and other events.
In addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate
- Proven leadership capabilities in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team environment.
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales success in the ASIC / Turnkey area.
- Prior responsibilities in anticipating technology, design, or product planning issues and need to be proficient in Salesforce Management
- Established relationships with tier one HPC accounts such as the Cloud Service Providers and Networking and Storage companies.
- Technical understanding of process technologies and design enablement solutions as it relates to foundry business model and pricing.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or similar field, MBA preferred
- Broad technical background across the semiconductor domain
- Experience as a business development professional who can be a true customer champion to help grow revenue and expand our foundry customer base with a service mindset.
- Knowledge of the fabless semiconductor market and comprehensive understanding of customer's design and manufacturing solutions, and hands on experience in large, complex foundry business and contract negotiations.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$162,600.00-$284,620.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
