About the Job
This employee will lead and manage the optimization team(s) as they work closely with branch employees to help standardize processes, improve efficiencies, conduct training, and achieve targets to ensure future success at the local level. They will provide feedback and reporting to senior management on progress related to standardization and evaluation of current staff
Job Responsibilities:
• Assess the entire center operation including the review of processes, operating expenses, formulary adherence, and staff effectiveness
• Assess local center resources and evaluate team performance
• recommend changes as needed
• Review operating expenses to determine target reductions
• Document findings and provide feedback and progress reports to senior management
• Maintain open line of communication and establish a partnership to ensure continued success of the location beyond on-site assessment
• Standardize & Train field locations on various processes
• Extensive experience in DME industry
• Excellent analytical skills
• Must be able to accommodate a minimum of 50% travel
• Successful completion of all scheduled New Employee Orientation Programs.
• Successful completion of all training requirements
• Skills to read, write, and perform both mathematics calculations and the English language effectively
• Work independently
• detail-oriented and has excellent organizational skills
• Must have effective communications skills
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor degree required or equivalent
• 8-10 years of overall general business experience with experience in management capacity
