_Marketing Partnerships, Alliances, and Card Services (MPACS) develops innovative and inspirational marketing partnerships between Disney and top-tier global brands to drive incremental profitability across the enterprise. As part of MPACS, the Marketing Partnerships team brings these alliances to life through best-in-class co-branded creative campaigns that leverage Disney IP in new and exciting ways._
_The Creative Director (CD) is responsible for leading the creative development and execution of bespoke programs for our partners. The CD produces select high-profile Disney-led programs for large-scale initiatives. The CD also serves as creative consultant from MPACS._
_A day in the life:_
+ _Concept, develop, lead, and execute the creative process for projects with blue-chip brands such as Coca-Cola, Enterprise, General Motors, Honda, and others worldwide_
+ _Creatively solve for alignment of partner goals with Disney’s business objectives via support in concepting, copywriting, brainstorming, storytelling, etc._
+ _Oversee creative ideation and determine most effective tactics and executions based on channel, consumer segment, etc. to deliver optimal campaign results_
+ _Expertly navigate nuanced business relationships between parties across TWDC and third-party partners_
+ _Responsible for ad hoc needs within the department including concepting, copywriting, etc._
+ _Cultivate team culture to possess a keen understanding of the Brand Partnership space across theme parks, streaming, television, film, social, and OOH_
+ _Proactively ideate and brainstorm new ways for third-party brands to partner with the Walt Disney Company across multiple business areas_
_Requirements:_
+ _10 years of creative marketing experience in brand partnerships, promotions, and/or major entertainment brand/licenses_
+ _5 years of demonstrated ability to effectively develop and lead creative teams_
+ _Strong creative vision and sensibilities_
+ _Extensive background in copywriting all types of deliverables including TVC scripts, social media, B2B content, etc._
+ _Expert at video production from concept to final execution (script development to pre and post production, editing, color correction, audio mix, final finishing)_
+ _Understanding of effective creative practices, trends, techniques, and processes across various touchpoints and mediums_
+ _Ability to quickly adapt and translate partner’s products and services and the company’s business strategy into creative outputs_
+ _Ability to negotiate with and influence partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders resulting in creative excellence and achieving business objectives_
+ _Demonstrated ability to manage heavy workloads, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines_
+ _Proficiency with MAC software programs, including Keynote and Microsoft Office Suite_
+ _Ability to travel worldwide and work atypical schedule as needed_
_Preferred qualifications:_
+ _A degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising_
+ _Advertising Agency copywriter background_
+ _Previous entertainment partnerships background_
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $151,000 to $202,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
