MD/DO Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted Massachusetts Medical License
Active DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration
Board Certification/Board Eligible in: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
AAHIVM Certified or must be willing to obtain within 18 months of hire
Current BLS/CPR Certification
APRN (NP) Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years post graduate APRN experience
Board Certification: American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)/American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
Current and unrestricted Massachusetts APRN License
Active DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration
AAHIVM Certified or must be willing to obtain within 18 months of hire
Current BLS/CPR Certification
Other Skills & Preferred Qualifications
Experience or interest in treating and diagnosing HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases such as Hepatitis C/B, LTBI, and syphilis in an outpatient Primary Care FQHC setting.
Comfortable supporting LGBTQIA+ population.
Comfortable working with individuals with substance use disorders.
Experience providing medication assisted treatment (MAT).
Commitment and interest in working with multi-cultural and impoverished populations.
Primary or Secondary language skills in: Portuguese or Spanish (not required)
Strong eMR systems experience
