Competitive Pay: Starting at $19 per hour, with a 15% shift differential for hours worked between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM on weekdays, and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

Your Role:

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll turn a house into a warm and welcoming home. Your customer service skills will shine as you build meaningful relationships with the individuals you support and work beside. Whether it's organizing a fun outing or ensuring a tidy living space, your efforts will create impactful moments and foster a supportive environment. The average day could include prepping meals, administering medications, assisting individuals with their daily routines, visiting a group event or taking a beach trip, doing basic housework, and always building relationships.

Requirements

Essential Skills: Driving proficiency for outings and appointments and housekeeping abilities for maintaining a clean environment.

Availability: Current openings are Thursday- Sunday, 16-24 hours a week. Typically, day or swing shift hours.
