About the Job
Would you like to give compassionate care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own homes? To qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
We service individuals with I/DD such as Autism, Down Syndrome, and more, around Montgomery County and Bucks County, PA in places like:
+ Warrington, PA
+ Horsham, PA
+ Lansdale, PA
+ and so much more!

Job Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional / DSP:
+ Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with IDD
+ Ability to work independently in a client’s home/community
+ You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, etc.)
+ You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
+ You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
+ You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation or housework
+ You will participate in community integration activities
Qualifications for DSPs:
+ One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, training MAY be available through our apprentice program
+ High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
