Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
• Sheet-fed Offset Print 
• Dynamic Digital & Large Format Print        
• Packaging Design & Print
• Bindery & Finishing                                   
• Promotional Products
• Online (e-commerce) Solutions
• Collaborate with Scheduling and, when necessary, the Director of Sales to forecast the mail sales pipeline.
• Plan and schedule complex mail projects involving sensitive data.
• Ensure timely job completion without delays.                  
• Workflow Automation Solutions

Job Qualifications:

• High School Graduate/GED
• Minimum of 5 Years in a similar managerial position with direct reports
• Knowledge of Mailing equipment (Screen is a plus) and their capabilities and uses
• Gain a thorough understanding of company and departmental workflows.
• Ensure the production floor is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Manage and communicate schedules effectively.
• Conduct daily meetings with key staff members.
• Attend production meetings and relay material requirements.
• Coordinate departmental activities and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Track inventory levels and process purchase requisitions.
• Operate machinery when necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports and provide constructive feedback to management.
• Train Sales and Project Management teams in mailing procedures.
• Develop and train staff on mailing processes to enhance efficiency.
• Recruit and train skilled team members.

Salary Range: $75K-$95K
