Location: Houston, Texas Metro Area
Work Schedule: 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote
Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus

Position Overview
Our client, a growing company in the Houston Metro Area, is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to lead the financial planning and analysis function. The Senior FP&A will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while providing critical insights to support executive decision-making. This role is essential for aligning financial strategies with the company’s objectives. The candidate will work on-site 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance analysis.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide financial strategy.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying key trends and offering actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational objectives.
- Support the capital allocation process, conducting scenario analysis and assessing ROI on key investments.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, presenting financial insights to executive leadership.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and systems to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior FP&A professional or in a senior financial analyst role.
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong experience providing strategic financial insights to support executive-level decision-making.
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

- Base salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
