**Direct Hire Electrical and Mechanical Assembly Technician** **Snoqualmie, WA** **$20-$23/hr DOE** **Job Summary:** As an **Electrical and Mechanical Assembly Technician** , you will play a crucial role in performing a variety of production electrical and mechanical assembly and inspection operations. You will wire, solder, and assemble fabricated components to create electrical and mechanical assemblies, ensuring they meet tolerances and product operating requirements. Your attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions and quality assurance procedures will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing processes. **This is a full-time position and direct hire with benefits!** **Job Specifications:** **- Job Type: Full-time Direct Hire** **- Location: Snoqualmie, WA** **- Pay Rate: $20-$23/hr** **- Shift: Day shift 6:00am-2:30pm m-F for Training** **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Wire, solder, and assemble fabricated components to make electrical and mechanical assemblies. - Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements. - Assist with repairs to assemblies that fail to meet requirements. - **Qualifications & Skills:** - Ability to assemble and solder small components utilizing a microscope. - Ability to accurately identify components. - Able to conduct precise measurements. - Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handling frequent interruptions and shifting priorities. - Excellent hand/eye coordination and dexterity. - Strong mechanical aptitude for use of tools in production operations. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions and wiring drawings, etc. that are written in English. - Basic problem-solving and interpersonal skills. - Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and methodical. - High school graduate or equivalent degree preferred or related work history experience accepted. - Minimum one (1) year assembly experience, including one (1) year of soldering experience in a manufacturing facility preferred. - Previous experience soldering under a microscope highly preferred. - Soldering or Electronic Assembly certificate from a vocational technical institute is desired. - Ability to read and understand English. **Opportunities:** - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans. - 401(k) with employer match. - Company-paid life & AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability. - Voluntary supplemental life & AD&D insurance for spouse/domestic partner and dependents. - Vacation days, company-paid holidays, and floating holidays. - Encouraged flexible work schedule. - On-site gym. - Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions. - Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Limited Flexible Spending Account (LFSA), and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA). - Accrued sick leave. - Paid volunteer time. - Tuition assistance. - Development training and cross-department training. - Committee participation stipends, and more.
