We are hiring forDirect Care Workers – $17.50 per hour!

This position is a floater position. It requires flexibility in scheduling. You must be able to travel to different site/locations and be open to working a variety of shifts. Shifts will include the weekend - you must be available to work Saturday & Sunday.This position is full time with a guarantee of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Work in a home with up to three adults with disabilities.
- Help individuals with disabilities with daily life, including cleaning, feeding, and shopping.
- Take individuals to community events, including volunteer opportunities.
- Unpredictability is part of each day when providing care for those we support.
- Our homes are 24/7, which means that weekends and holidays will be part of scheduling.
- While contributing to the success of the lives of those that we support, it can sometimes be taxing on our own bodies and minds.
· High School Diploma/GED
· Valid driver’s license is a must
· 1 year experience in Direct Care/Home Supports

The base pay for this position is $17.50 per hour! Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
