Direct Care Staff
We are seeking individuals with an interest in Criminal Justice or experience working with at-risk-youth in a residential care setting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Associate’s Degree and six months of experience
- High School Diploma and one year of experience
- Two years of full-time experience
The duties of this position include:
Supervising court placed youth aged 12 to 20 and are responsible for youth movement at the facility and conflict resolution.
Support youth residing in the facility through mentoring and modeling positive behaviors, assisting youth in achieving their educational and community transition goals.
Overtime opportunities are available and Juvenile Justice Basic training is provided.
Available Shifts:
10:00 pm to 6:00 am
6:00 am to2:00 pm
2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
